    The apartment is situated on the ground floor. The living room is fully furnished. It has a equipped fitted kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, free coffee- and tea making facilities, dining area, seating area and a LCD flat-screen TV offer you a homelike atmosphere.

    The bedroom

    The bedroom with digital flat-screen TV, free safe, luggage rack, office desk, connects to a private patio with lounge-sits.

    A place where you can also stall our rental bicycles.

    The large bathroom has a bubblebath with shower, toilet, hairdryer, towels, and bathrobes.

    Leiden is a good base for both business as recreational visits.
    The apartment offers you the possibility to discover the city at various ways because of the central location. Leiden is known for it’ s many monuments, courtyards, museums, oldest university, art and culture, terrace boats and good restaurants. A cozy day of shopping, strolling or sailing through the canals are also one of the many possibilities.

    • Fantastic apartment in Leiden Centre! Excellent, well equipped, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable ground floor apartment with outside space, located 5 minutes walking distance from the railway station and city centre. Very highly recommended!

The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable and it is fully equipped with everything you are likely to need. The owner is an exceptional lady who is very welcoming, friendly and has very high standards of client satisfaction. If you are looking for an apartment in Leiden do not miss this one, you will not be disappointed. The location is ideal, a short walk from the station and also the city centre. We ate at a few of the local restaurants, some of which were recommended by the owner and all establishments we found to be of excellent value and service. We can recommend the apartment 100%.

    With the car:

    A4 from Amsterdam, Rotterdam and/or Den Haag:
    Exit no. 7: Zoeterwoude-Dorp and Leiden. Follow Leiden, Centrum, Station CS. Go right before the ING Bank (Anthony Fokkerweg). You’ll find the apartment 50 meters further on the corner Marislaan/ Aloëlaan.

    A44 from Den Haag or Amsterdam:
    Exit no. 8: Leiden and Utrecht follow Centrum, Station CS. After a long tunnel go left at the stoplight. Go left at the stoplight. After 100 meters: Go left at the ING Bank. You’ll find the apartment 50 meters further on the corner Marislaan/ Aloëlaan.

    Navigation system: Marislaan 29 2316 XV Leiden.

    With the train:
    Station Leiden. Choose main entrance to Centrum (Not LUMC side) Go directly left. Cross the street and go directly right in the direction of the ING Bank. After ING: turn left. You’ll find the apartment 50 meters further on the corner Marislaan/ Aloëlaan.

    Walking distance from Central Station to apartment: 5 minutes.

    Parking:

    You can park in all streets in this area and parking area in front of the apartment. (Zone B1)
    Parking time start: 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
    Free parking after 7:30 PM until 9 AM the following morning.
    Sunday free parking with the exception of the center. The payment machine does not accept credit cards.
